When Elizabeth was Omega Performance’s Vice President of Contact Sales Centre Practice, Canada, she had already established herself as an expert consultant who developed new business clients, established a national contact centre strategy, and launched new global initiatives for management consulting.
Responsibility and success seemed to follow her along every step of her career. As Executive Director, Enterprise Solutions at Bell Canada, Elizabeth exceeded sales targets of $20 million; she closed $10 million in new business; and managed a team that oversaw a portfolio of over portfolio of over 150 accounts each year.

Before receiving an Executive MBA before beginning her first role as Specialist, Records Management for Revenue Canada ITB Finance, in 1993 Elizabeth Blouin completed her Bachelor of Arts from University of Western Ontario, and her career developing state-of-the-art technology and services began.
